A keypress is not being detected on VIA.

1. Make sure your on Matrix Mode on VIA.

2. Test the PCB

3. Check for bent switch pins

1. Open VIA and go to the Key Tester Tab then Toggle Matrix.

2. Test the PCB by shorting the hotswap sockets. You can chose if you want to do the Top or Bottom on the PCB.

3. If the key lights up check your switch there may be a bent pin.
